thank you for answering! I download the bin file and put it on a usb stick with fat32 format. I put it in the usb port and turn on the TV. But it doesn’t update, what does this mean? Do I have to press a button to start the installation?

Good evening, before I do anything I will tell you the problem I have in detail in case I am wrong in something! I have 3 32-inch ICA SMART televisions at home that upgraded from 20230802 to 20240105! after the upgrade they open normally and load the WISDOM SHARE program at startup. When they open the WISDOM SHARE program, it has nothing, it’s empty! all it shows is a bar on the left that has 4 icons (apps is empty, network, multimedia, and settings) do I have to do something else so that the WISDOM SHARE menu appears!
