TP.MS358.PB802 is a high-speed network driver board with an FHD resolution of 1920×1080. It is dedicated to 32″ to 46″ screens. TP_MS358_PB802 has a powerful wifi system. Smart FHD TV features With Android Platform and great features to entertain Full HD Wide Screen with better to work SMART. TP-MS358-PB802 Smart Board has multiple ports of A/V, USB interface Ports, and many HDMI ports as well in addition to VGA and Headphone also.
TP.MS358.PB802 has a LAN/RJ45 Connector interface port also for the wired/cable internet network. this firmware is not for update purpose. if tv stuck on logo or any software problem the you can load it.
all parts you should download and extract any one of them. rename ref as you required or rename to sos

I have a Videocon smart TV board TP.MS358.PB802
I successfully downloaded “TP.MS358.PB801_A20_1366x768_4G_Pakistan_Ref44” and installed/upgraded the software on my TV but then the remote control does not work anymore and I cannot proceed with the initial setup due to this remote no tworking. Furthermore the screen display is rotated 180 degrees (flipped).
I tried downloaded TP.MS358.PB802_1920x1080_1G_8G_Amman and TP.MS358.PB802_1366X738_1G_8G_REF41 separately and tried each to connect to the TV but neither set initializing nor installing.
Now I am stuck and I cannot proceed to repair my TV.
Thanks if any other solution steps to proceed further.
