Hello , I need your help I have a mastertech android tv that’s stuck on the wisdom share screen motherboard (TP.T960.PC821 )
I’ve tried the software several times but no success, is it possible for u to send usb stick with software I’m willing to pay for it

Hello, thank you for your help but none of these factory reset method are working my television is a matertech 50 inch it does not carry volume buttons on the panel so even when i tried with remote it still stuck on the wisdom share screen
msaybe ill have to ship board to you or pay for a usb stick with firmware install which ever way I really need this to start working again
