Hi Kazmie. I just bought a bruhm window share 58 inch tv, it comes with an android 4.4.4 which is limited in its capacity, the os is quite annoying. Is it possible to update to a much recent android tv os like android 8. Please if yes can you post a link and if no can you state reason and if it will still be possible later.
If it’s not possible. I might have to get rid of the tv as I am not impressed with the firmware. Thank you and God bless.

older version i.e 4g with 4.4 and the new version with 8gb maybe 5.0. not available in wansa. you should try to hard reset instead of loading firmware

Hello can I get TP.MS638.PC822_1G_8G Ref55 what I saw is 4G ROM and it couldn’t load.
All the other refs I tried divided the screen.
Also if you can provide 8G ROM ref 55 dump or USB I will be grateful.

Otherwise, load firmware:
rename the file to sos like: TP.MS638.PC822_1G_8G_sos
if you install another brand firmware then remote and logo may change
I’ve added sos to the filename, loaded almost all the files you have for 8G but i couldn’t get the right file to work on the tv. all i got was a ghost image or split screen.
I’ve tried ref46, ref66, ref35, ref58, ref65 and so on, all i got was ghost image or split screen.
can you please upload ref55 for 8G? that is the firmware that will work for my screen

Sir please I would like you to make a video if possible with English language in details how to backup emmc file from board to USB using the HDMI port or through VGA port using RT809H Programmer also how to enable UART for those that haven’t been turned on before. I have tried doing it but can’t get pass where I will have to input the copy command, even when I hold down the shift key and power the board. I would really appreciate if you can help out with this.
