i think backlight driver board is faulty or may be backlight is faulty because inverter board is separate with this board. And if board on/off then no issue with software

I MEAN TV STUCKS ON LOGO NORMENDE . BACKLIGHT NO MATTER I WOULD MAKE IT FUNCTIONNING .
I MOUNTED A SIERA MOTHERBOARD AND PSU RESULTS OK. CLIENT UNHAPPY THE HIGHT PRICE AND TV LIFE SEX MONTHS STILL IN WARRANTY
software issue. first check the main board then search the software and load by usb disk

Hi sir! I have a starsat 75 inch tv, stuck on wisdom share, tried load a firmware from this site, tried starsat and normende same thing in 2 firmwares, it doesn’t start software installation, when i turn on tv with firmware, backlight once blinks and then red and green light blinking and thats all, help me please if i do something wrong. Tried to upgrade with pkg file, with whole folder contents , still no result please assist me sir.
