Yes, it is possible. Change the logic board and panel will be same but lvds connection maybe vary

Only red indicator glows when I turn it on from remote control then no display on screen.
When I turn it off from remote then again red indicator glows…

Only there is a problem with the launcher and I have installed another tv launcher but there is a conflict between them and I have to force stop the launcher every time I switch the tv on.
The other App that hangs up during update is the YouTube.
Otherwise, TV is working fine

I have a TP.VST59S.PB816 board that I installed in a HAIER TV 32 INCH LE32M630S that was originaly was with TP.VST59S.P79.
I have uploaded into the new board the samsung mirror flip usb bin file, but the image is flip.
How can I flip the image?

yes sure. first check all the core voltage then resold the main ic otherwise replace the board
