I have koryo wisdom china cloud tv. I can’t using apps on my tv. I am trying to download but unable to open link.

I downloaded the firmware and i plug it into the tv board, the tv boot and began to install the firmware and then show that there is a software error, and when i tried to firmware the tv again it stuck on tv led blinking and no ot showing the screen.
there is some issue with the ram/rom or usb disk. jtag with programmer
thanx ffor replay sir, the screen fine everything working perfctlly, but i want youtube to work on it.. i tried serval USB flash drive fat32, my panal i name from the factory menu ( BD_TP_MS638_PB801A ) , and the SW upgread name (allupgrade_msd638_4G_1G_ref56.bin) , sir this typ off panal just i hve to do is : plug the USB Flash and plug the panal to the power shoud get into softe mode?? or i have to press some click?? cuz i used your frimewear and didint get into soft mood at all , than again for your time, i hop you can help me as soon as posible please
