How to Program:
- Empty/Format the USB Disk in FAT32
- Copy the software “MS08BBupgrade.bin” into the USB drive
- Insert the USB disk into a USB interface of an LED TV
- Now keep pressing the power/standby button and power on the tv. Keep pressing until the standby light starts flashing and the progress screen display
- After 100 percent completion of the progress bar turn off the tv remove the disk and turn on

Bhai bara hurt huwa hun.. Aap ki website 2 saal se follow kar raha hun.. 1st time yeh model ka software download kar k Upgrade karny ki try ki.. Lekin kabhi 41 Percent pe Stuck ho jata hy or LCD restart ho Jati hy.. Or kabhi 60% pe Upgrading error aa jata hy.. Ab to bas TCL ka logo aata hy or LCD restart ho jati hy.
Mainy USB bhi Change kar k dekha.. Lekin koi faida ni..
Koi Solution huwa to Please Btana.. Mere Paas itny paisy ni k bazaar se karwa sakun,

ap usb disk aur port both change kar k check karen. aksar ROM me bad sector hone ki waja se bhe aisa hota hy. otherwise jtag kar k flash ko format kar k write karna hoga
Yes Sir. Alhamdulilllah I have done it by using 32GB USB.
Actually TCL LCD TV L40 S4900 has only 1 USB port. I tried to install with 2 different 8GB USB drives but it got Stuck at 60%. Then as you said to change drive.. I tried again with 32GB USB Drive. And Finally It Worked 100% Installation. I have also Noticed that, LCD is running more smooth with this version Upgrade.
